CAFA CAses

Since the passage of the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, courts have interpreted many of CAFA's central provisions. District and circuit courts have ruled on issues related to timing, jurisdiction, jurisdictional exceptions, jurisdictional appeals, and CAFA's settlement provisions.
